The 26-year-old star also revealed she often seeks the approval of friends and family, when he has finished an album.

“I’ve just come back from Asia on tour. So I heard my single [Smile] all the time when I was there. Whenever a song of mine comes on the radio, I don’t switch it off.

Never.It’s awesome. Makes me proud,” she confessed in an interview with Q magazine. “When I get to the end of making an album, I take a copy home and play it for all my friends, and ask them what they think. Of course, they always like it.”

She added, “My first time [I asked for an autograph] was when I was a teenager. It was Shania Twain, and it was after I sang onstage with her. I get asked a lot when I’m in public – if I’m in the airport or at a show. It happened today outside my hotel in London”.
